After working on this module, you will be able to:
- Maintain a Personal Performance diary;
- Note average transaction/ticket size;
- Explain per ticket conversion rate; and
- Calculate sales per employee.
Assignment 1

Keep a Personal Performance Diary, in which note down each transaction everyday for a week and then compute the following:
- Personal"Average Transaction/Ticket Size"
- Personal"Items Per Ticket"
- Personal"Conversion Rate"
- Personal"Sales per Employee"
- The data should be computed for a week's period, and shown to the floor in-charge. The floor-in-charge's comments may be reported in the Workbook below, along with the above data on Personal Performance.

Average transaction we called it ATV
Average Transaction value. in onw week i make 22 bills with value of Rs->50,000/-
so, my average transaction of week is

Personal "Items per ticket"(for a week's period)(Write briefly):

we called items Per transaction to items Per.

- → I always try to sell every items with every allernative sometimes its happen and come time its not.
- → Basically I sold lots as shown in my bills so its easy for me to make convence them to buy socks or other occessories. I slod more than 20 in in my 56 items. With study i try to sold goods and customer easily convenience.
- → It may customer want to buy some products it try my best it they buy more an more products combination of 4 more products.
- → My items Per ticket is 2.5
Week 25 Sep,2021 to 1 Oct,2021
- →In one week i attend almost approx 100 customer.
Because use have two store almost at some place so lots of customer come. But soemtimes customer comes to visit the store as well understand the amout of clothes.
Then they go. They always not purchase.
- → We called conversion Rate to conversion ratio.
=> Conversion = Numbers of Walks In x100
Bills
=> Numbers of walks in = 100
=> Bills = 22
=> conversion = 100 =22%

- → We fixed in our store that truse convertion ratio is. At least 20% by per salesman in store.
- → Fixed converstion Ratio in store that makes pressurs to achieve the target and also alive te motivation to achieve the targets.
- → Follow KPT- Key Performance intergerator that helps you to make high conversation that helps to achieve high conversation and helps to complete the store targets.

- → First position taken by Mahesh he is the most experienced person in the store. He is doing work in this store more than eight years.
- He take first position with the sale of Rs. 92,680.
- → The third position is taken by Deepak.
- He make the sale of Rs. 76,540.
- →After that
- The Fourth position is taken by Sumit.
- He make the sale of Rs. 72,680.
- →After that,
- At fifth position is taken by the Jitender.
- He makes the sale of Rs. 59,720.
- My Sales in this week is Rs. 50,000.
- →And its a big challenge for me to overcome these all my friends/ competitors.
