Objectives

After working on this module, you will be able to:

Collect data and make a process of how goods flow from the vender to the coustomer from the order placing process to the time its sold;

Explain the transportaion, storage and delivery systems; and

Present the information in a flow chart.

Assignment 1

Gather data and make a process flow of how goods flow from the vendor to the customer in the store. The process of flow should cover order placing processes transportaion, merchandise storage points, aspects of computerization in the flow of goods, and stores, goods inward processes, etc. The information you collect should be Presented in the from of Flow Chart with titles.

If required you may classify each sub topic in to a flow chart and merge them finally in to broad flow chart specifying linkages.

Explanatory notes for flow chats:
Firstly all the compay called the vendor to create the products or Manufacturors the product for the complete. Then Company of vendors Manufacturors the products for us. then they call us that the product is ready. Then we gave him our ware house address. Then we put our stocks in the ware house. Then what the items is needed we call to the Company. Company call in ware house and they send us goods as per our requirements. Then we put out the stock from the truck set it in stockrooms. Then we check what items is not on the floor then we fulfill the floor from the stocks. Then customers come into our stote. Then they selected the products and take that products to the Bill point. We make the bill of that products and make the bills of products form computers and then we show such, bill after print out. Then customer give money and go outside of the stores.
