from any retailer's site ( Indian or international ). Examine whether the policy is customer friendly or not and make suggestions to improve the policy.
Write briefly Returns/Exchange Policy Customer Service Policy:___________
We accept return of products only if they are contact us at the day of purchase or hte pack is unopende.
→ We always love to helps the retailers so we always accept cusotmers complaints we don't want to make and to our cusotmer. We focused on Providing besg quality products to our customers.
→ We always take risk to accept the return of products because some cusotmer defect the products itself and told that the product is come and such product is defected.
→ We don't take any amount from the cusotmers for replacing either changing te products because its our moral duty to helps our customers.
Two examples about Returns/Exchange Policy Customer Service Policy:___________
Example 1: There is a online shopping through max fashion and our one of the friend give such product to the customer through home delivery. Such products are some shirts and parts with two shoes etc. Everything is fine but the cusotmer complaint that the tie for the shirt is not good there color is different cusotmer expect some another color tie but we give them another color tie, so they call for replacing of the tie. Our one employee and check the tie. The tie is totally OK SO, he give another color tie of max fashion to the cusotmer an told that sorry sir we give you such tie mistakely from the next time we check every part of the clothes cusotmers satified. On that time they also want to know some products knowledge they told from delivery boy, but delivery bou told him that he have no any knowledge about the products. He suggest him to call on the call centers they easily tell him anything.
